To be healthy you have to eat good and exercise. Lets start off with eating good. To eat good you have to cut out junk food. It’s fine to have a little something sometimes. That does not mean to go over board. Something good to eat is chicken, beef, fish, eggs, fruit, vegetables, rice, those our all good for you.
Don’t forget about the exercise. For exercise you can swim, play basketball, baseball, run, there is endless things you can do. You can even work out with weights. Simply just walking 2- 3 times a day helps. Sleeping is also a big part of every thing. There is always something you can do. It is recommend you get 6 to 9 hours of sleep a night. That helps you with day to day stuff. That is how I would explain how to be healthy
