God does still care about us, the animals, and the earth. Some Christians believe that God created the Earth and knows how old it is. The Bible said that God can’t control the natural disasters that happen all of the time. Creation.com states through, “Despite its fallen state, God has not abandoned His creation. He constantly sustains and preserves it through. His common grace and providence.”
Is God still in control? Well this depends on your understanding of the Bible. God handed us the control for the animals and the earth. God still controls natural processes including cloud formation, rain, and photosynthesis, storms, thunder and lightning, snow, ice and hail. He also controls the waves of the sea.
If you’re a Christian then you’re a steward to God and if you need to cut down a tree to build a house, that is okay. But some people don’t believe in God and so they have the choice to believe in him or not.
