Most of you have probably had honey, seen a bee, and even got stung by one. you may hated bees for stinging you but our food may not be as healthly if bees weren’t around. For example bees pollinate zucchini, apples, tomtao, watermelon, and many more. Bees are pollinators and they play an important role in carrying pollen between blossoms This helps fertilize the apple trees so they can produce fruit. In the United States, 90% of apple crops are pollinated by bees. We wouldn’t have the delicious apple products and fruits we know and love without these mighty insects.
In order to produce honey, bees gather as much pollen as they can, return to the hive, and spit the nectar into the mouth of a different bee. After many times of this, the nectar is spit into a honeycomb hole and sealed with wax. This is how honey is made.
Not only does honey help relieve sore throats, but it can also benefit those from intestinal diseases. If you need pain relief for a wound, honey can also be useful. Honey has a lot of additional health advantages in addition to being delicious. Did you also know that a spoonfull of honey a day helps diabetes management, cancer management, better heart health, and numerous others. I hope you liked my essay. Thank you for reading.
