Comparing Jack London to Mark Twain.
This essay will compare Jack London’s and Mark Twain’s writing style. Jack London wrote White Fang and Call of the wild. Mark Twain wrote Tom Sawyer and A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court.
Both Mark Twain and Jack London write in second person. They also produce excellent novels with wide audiences. Both of them are adventure authors.
Mark Twain likes to write in of a more comedic tone most times. While Jack London enjoys writing about animals and tends to write in a more serious manner. White Fang is set in Californian and the tundra of Alaska, according to Jack London. Medieval Europe serves as the setting for Connecticut Yankee by Mark Twain.
The story of White Fang revolved around a wolf-dog who encountered difficulties and how those experiences shaped the man he becomes. The stories of Tom Sawyer and Connecticut Yankee center on the hero’s swift adventure and the way he or she responds.
Though I think both of them are excellent writers overall, I prefer Mark Twain’s writing because it is funnier. I recommend reading Tom Sawyer by Mark Twain (Samuel Clemens) and White Fang by Jack London. I hope you liked my essay. Thank you for reading.
