Condition:
It is in pristine condition. Was only displayed. Kept in a display box, so very little to no dust. My main reason for selling it is that I no longer have space in my collection to display. The logic of my ad, is that I wanted something that I know I would be interested in. I collect Lego sets, so if I read this ad I would want to be interested in it. I tried to also point out details that people may not know, like specific piece count or minifigure count. I believe the fact about it being retired makes the price make sense.
